AFM is Governed by a council of leaders, with a strong emphasis on local church autonomy. In Zambia the National Executive Committee, Regional Executive Committee and Local Executive Committee.The Workers Council is the highest decision body.The supreme court of A.F.M.
Zambia has sixteen Regions managed by Regional Overseers.
